Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Shopping at Festivano is safe. The festivano.com website uses best-in-class security and we are fully Level 1 PCI DSS compliant (this is the credit card industry standard) with regular audits by a third party firm to ensure this remains the case.  Our store is hosted on Shopify and utilizes a secure checkout.  You can review the Shopify PCI attestation here which is an official record of their PCI testing. The Shopify checkout is integrated with our payment processors and we do not have access to and never see your credit card in any of the transaction process that takes place during checkout including if you choose to save your payment method to your account. The card information is encrypted and sent directly to the payment processor for approval or storage using a tokenization process. Basically, we only ever see a minimum set of information about the card itself and an approval or rejection from the card company to help with things like fraud reviews. Because of this setup, our database systems do not have a record of a credit card number for someone to steal.
