- Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days after processing for most orders.
- International shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance and the destination country's regulations.
Free Shipping
- Domestic Orders (U.S.): Enjoy free shipping on orders over $49.
- International Orders: Free shipping is available for orders over $99.
Delivery Areas
- Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States (“lower 48”) and select international locations. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or outside the U.S. depend on local customs and border regulations.
Tracking Information
- Shortly after placing an order, you will receive a tracking number.
- If your USPS tracking status shows “Awaiting Package,” the order may be in transit through DHL, FedEx Ground Economy, or UPS SurePost to your local USPS facility. You can use the same tracking number on the respective carrier’s website for more details.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order shows as delivered but has not been received:
- Verify the shipping address in your account.
- Check nearby areas or ask neighbors if the package was left with them.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If the package is still missing, open a Customer Support Ticket within 30 days of the delivery date.
